PAYMENT POLICIES

  • As of August 1, 2024, there will be a 3% service fee added to ALL credit and debit card charges.ย 

COURT RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Effective May 26th, 2025, all court bookings will be charged to the “host” (the client who makes the booking). Only the host will be charged, regardless of the number of players involved.
  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive an account credit, not a refund.
  • The Pro Shop will notify you via email or text regarding any weather-related cancellations. If Agape does not consider the courts unplayable and you do not attend your reservation, you will not receive a credit.
  • One person can reserve a maximum of 2 courts for 2 hours; only 6 people are allowed per court.
  • You must have a reservation to play on any court at any time. Reservations can be made within 72 hours in advance at www.agapetennisacademy.com
  • If you play beyond the time that you reserved, you will be billed for all the extra time.
  • Appropriate tennis attire is required on all the courts, including proper tennis shoes.
  • No skateboarding, roller blading, or any other use of the tennis courts is permitted.
  • Only tennis or pickleball can be played on the courts.
  • No smoking, food, drinks or gum is allowed on the courts, only water in closed containers.
  • No pets are allowed inside the courts.
  • No foul language, spitting, smoking, loitering, littering, or aggressive behavior is allowed the center.
  • COACHING AT FOUNTAIN VALLEY TC IS ONLY PERMITTED FOR AGAPE TENNIS & PICKLEBALL ACADEMY COACHES ONLY. No ball baskets are allowed.
  • We reserve the right to turn away patrons who do not abide by the court policies.
  • PLAY IS ASSUMED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Private lessons require at least 24 hoursโ€™ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for an account credit, and the lesson fee will be charged the morning of the scheduled lesson.
  • If a private lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather, an account credit will be automatically applied.

 

JUNIOR PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment is due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date and availability
  • Must sign up for specific days
  • Automatic re-registration unless notified by email prior to the end of the month
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

  • Credits are only issued for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
  • If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call the appropriate pro shop. Cancellations cannot be made online

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES

  • If you are not sure what level/class you should be in, contact fvinfo@agapetennisacademy.com for placement.
  • Before you move up to a higher level class, you must confirm by contacting fvinfo@agapetennisacademy.com.
  • If you are not in the correct class, the coach will ask you to leave that class and direct you to the proper class level.
  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Online registration closes for weekday classes closes 12pm the day of; Saturday Classes close 12 hours prior to start of class
  • Classes must have a minimum of 4 students by close of registration or individual class will be cancelled and an account credit will be issued
  • If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met
  • Credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations
  • Some classes might be subject to change for tournaments and other special events
  • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on adult program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current

  • Credit/debit card payment is required at time of registration. We do not accept cash

  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of players has been met

  • Account credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations

  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot

  • Online registration closes two hours prior for all classes

  • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on pickleball classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current

  • Must have 6 campers to hold the camp. If camp is cancelled due to low numbers, an email notification will be sent by 5pm the evening before camp
  • Agape Jr Summer Camps are held rain or shine.
